In college, I was told that I wouldn’t be successful unless I was innovative. Just like tons of other things that professor said, he was only partially right. Look at the music industry. Samples makes hits… #1 hits. So, here’s a curated list of some of the best samples of all time. So many of our favorite songs are remakes of old classics- and some of our favorite songs are so stealthy that we didn’t even know they were sampled.
